I finally got the job I've been applying for over a year! Please welcome me as your ice cream handler at Coldstone Creamery! I am so ecstatic that out of thirty people -only three of us were chosen-, that I was one of those three. I am happy to say that I am the youngest one to be hired. I must have really made an impact on my boss Felix. I really hope I can get the technique down with handling ice cream. It is actually really difficult to get it right. I have to practice over 100 times before I can start serving people every work day. I'm sure over time I can get the hang of it!
The only bad news to this is that I will be working Saturdays (which most games are) and I might be too busy trying to catch up in school work to be able to focus on my photography and my writing. I hope to find enough time to do those things.
Hello and welcome to Photograph the Daily Life with an Anecdote. This blog is dedicated my mind's eye with photography that I see during my daily life that might be described in an anecdote. -Enjoy!

Daily Life of Photography
Hey guys! So, I just got great news. After the horrible shoot of the Tennis practice, I get another chance to take photos! I am going out of town to photograph our Waterpolo team's match today. I am so excited to be taking photos in an away game (no one really does a photoshoot on away games.) I really hope to get at least a few good shots to make the paper.
Wish me luck!

The daily life of a Photographer
I had a photo shoot yesterday with the girls Tennis practice yesterday. Given, all of my best photo's are the last few on the memory card. Unfortunately, a colleague of mine had the camera that I am accustomed to and was using it to take photos of the practice as well. I was of course, a little angry because it was my shoot. We lost volleyball because of him being at the tennis courts.
My camera is an older one and just kept crapping out on me. It would freeze or just refuse to focus. I would have to take out the battery and blow on the inside like an old Nintendo game. All of my best shots of the players got corrupted and deleted off the memory card.
I am very angry about this outcome. I am wanting to start a fundraiser for new cameras for the class. I hope something works out in the end.

This is my first post.
Having a new assignment due during the end of class, the girl in the mulitcolored beanie viciously attacked the keyboard at her finger tips. She pondered if she could catch the eye of any given person. She would have to scroll through her pictures that she took of her adventure of walking home, and post it on her new blog. She smiled at the thought of other people viewing her photography.
Hello! My name is Alexie. This is my blog dedicated to photography, my daily life, and small anecdotes that I create as I'm staring at a blank screen. This blog was made because of my Journalism class. I'm excited to start using blogger for a more serious blog. Of course, I am cursed with using Tumblr, but I hope to be able to be creative enough to use a more professional approach to make an impact on someone's life with my words. I hope you enjoy this blog and continue to view it.
